个性化护理服务在川崎病患儿中的效果研究

Effect of Personalized Nursing Service in Children with Kawasaki's Disease

目的:探讨个性化护理服务在川崎病患儿中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2015年4月～2017年4月某院收治的川崎病患儿46例,按照随机原则,将46例川崎病患儿分为研究组(个性化护理服务,n=23)与对照组(常规护理,n=23),对比两组护理依从性、并发症及家属满意度。结果:干预后,研究组依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家属满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:川崎病患儿护理中实施个性化护理服务的效果更为理想,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of personalized nursing service in children with kawasaki's disease.Methods:46 children with kawasaki disease admitted to a hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were randomly selected.According to the random principle,they were divided into the study group (personalized nursing service,n =23) and the control group (routine nursing,n =23).Two groups of nursing compliance,complications and family satisfaction were compared.Results:After the prognosis,the compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05);The family satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of personalized nursing to kawasaki disease in children is better,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
