Application and Effect of Detail Nursing in Operation Room Nursing

目的:探究细节护理在手术室护理中的应用方法及效果。方法:将某院在2016年5月～2017年5月期间收治的接受手术治疗的140例患者作为实验研究的对象,按照患者护理方式的不同分为细节组与常规组,每组各有患者70例,运用常规护理为常规组患者提供护理服务,细节组患者在常规组基础上加用细节护理。结果:细节组患者护理满意度明显高于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规组患者相比细节组患者并发症发生率明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在为手术患者提供手术室护理服务的过程中,细节护理的运用提高了患者对护理服务的满意程度,减少了各种并发症的出现,为患者更好地治疗与康复提供了基础,值得予以临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of detail nursing in operation room nursing.Methods:In this paper,140 patients receiving surgical treatment admitted to a hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were taken as the subjects of the experimental study.According to the different ways of patient care,patients were divided into the detail group and the conventional group,with 70 patients in each group.Conventional nursing was used to provide nursing services for patients in the conventional group,and detailed nursing was added to patients in the detail group on the basis of the conventional group.Results:The satisfaction degree of patients in the detail group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05),and the incidence of complications in the details group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:During the process of providing operation room nursing service for surgical patients,the application of detailed nursing improves patient's satisfaction with nursing services,reduces the occurrence of various complications,and provides a basis for better treatment and rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
