医护一体化护理对脑胶质瘤患者术后并发症与生活质量的影响评价

Effect of Integrated Medical Care on Postoperative Complications and Quality of Life in Patients with Glioma

目的:探讨对脑胶质瘤患者实施医护一体化护理对患者术后并发症与生活质量的影响。方法:择某科室2016年10月～2017年8月间80例脑胶质瘤患者分为传统组(n=40,传统护理)和一体组(n=40,医护一体化护理),对比不同护理模式的效果。结果:一体组患者术后并发症发生率、护理后生活质量评分较传统组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:对脑胶质瘤患者实施医护一体化护理可改善患者术后并发症发生率及生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated medical care on the postoperative complications and quality of life in patients with glioma.Methods:80 patients with glioma from August 2015 to August 2017 were divided into two groups:traditional group ( n =40,traditional nursing) and integrated group ( n =40,integrated medical care).Compared the effects of different nursing modes.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life after nursing in integrated group were significantly improved compared with the traditional group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The integrated care for patients with glioma can improve the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life.
