探究PDCA循环管理法对妇产科手术室护理质量的影响

Effect of PDCA Circulation Management on Nursing Quality in Gynecological and Obstetric Operating Room

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法对妇产科手术室护理质量的影响。方法:某院2017年2月～2018年2月期间内接收的妇产科手术患者中选取124例,随机分为观察组(62例)与对照组(62例),对照组给予常规管理模式干预,观察组给予PDCA循环管理法干预,对比护理质量评分以及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组各项护理质量评分较对照组均更高,且护理总满意率较对照组更高(P<0.05),均有统计学意义。结论:妇产科手术室护理中采用PDCA循环管理法干预效果较为理想,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management on the quality of nursing in gynecological and obstetric operating room.Methods:124 patients received gynecological and obstetric surgery in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (62 cases) and control group (62 cases).The control group was given routine management intervention,while the observation group was given PDCA cycle management intervention.The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05),both with statistical significance.Conclusion:The effect of PDCA circulation management on the nursing in gynecological and obstetric operating room is ideal,and it is worth of popularizing.
