摘要
目的了解参与过临床工作的医务人员对医疗质量管理工具的认知和态度,对医疗质量管理工作提出可行性意见和建议。方法对北京、上海有临床实习或工作经验的医学生及部分医务工作人员运用自行设计的问卷进行调查,收集资料后用SPSS22. 0软件进行统计分析。结果调查样本在此次医疗质量管理工具的认知水平评估中平均分为18. 68分,最高分为81. 82分,最低分为0分; 29. 3%的医务人员表示自己曾接受过医疗质量相关的课程,医务人员对医疗质量管理工具的认知度普遍较低; 72. 7%的医务人员认为医生有必要掌握医疗质量管理的知识。结论目前,我国参与临床的医务人员对医疗质量管理工具认知水平较低,医院内医疗质量管理科室及医疗安全不良事件上报体系建立不完善,应从医学生开始,通过教育和培训提高医务人员对医疗质量及医疗质量管理工具的认知,积极参与医疗质量管理,提高医疗质量。
Objective: To understand the cognition and attitude of medical staff involved in clinical work to medical quality management tools,and put forward feasible opinions and suggestions for medical quality management. Methods:Medical students and some medical workers with clinical practice or work experience in Beijing and Shanghai were investigated by using self-designed questionnaires.And SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis after the data were collected. Results:The average score of the survey sample in the cognitive level assessment of medical quality management tool was 18.68,with the highest score of 81.82 and the lowest of 29.3% of the medical staff said that they had received courses related to medical quality,and their awareness of medical quality management tools was generally low.72.7% of the medical staff think it is necessary for doctors to master the knowledge of medical quality management. Condlusion:At present,the cognition level of medical staff involved in clinical practice is low in China.The establishment of medical quality management department and the reporting system of medical safety adverse events in hospitals are not perfect.Starting from medical students,medical staff should improve their awareness of medical quality and medical quality management tools through education and training,and actively participate in medical quality management to improve medical quality.
