摘要
民营医院近年来发展迅速,作为医疗卫生服务市场的重要部分,它在我国的医疗卫生体系中扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。为进一步符合新医改政策要求,满足人民群众医疗卫生服务需求,提升人民群众医改"获得感"。本文通过大量的文献阅读,归纳、总结阻碍民营医院发展的因素,运用SWOT模型,针对民营医院发展中存在的主要问题进行深入剖析,进一步构建出民营医院SWOT分析矩阵,根据矩阵提出了具体的民营医院发展战略,以促进民营医院更快更好地发展。
Private hospitals have developed rapidly in recent years.As an important part of medical and health service market,private hospitals play an indispensable role in China’s medical and health system.Through a large number of literature reading,this paper summarizes the factors hindering the development of private hospitals.The SWOT model is applied to analyze the main existing problems,and the SWOT analysis matrix of the development of private hospitals is further constructed.According to the matrix,specific strategies are proposed to promote the faster and better development of private hospitals.
