运营管理是为了提升运营管理水平,提高运营效率和质量,助力医院精细化管理。过去的科室运营是由主任、护士长自行管理的,财务科对科室运营管理进行干预可有效填补科室主任、护士长财务管理和运营管理方面专业知识的不足,提高科室运营管理效率。本文以某科室为例,将各项指标从人力资源维度、医疗维度、财务维度进行整理分析,指出科室运营过程中出现的问题并制定改善建议,为提升科室运营管理水平,打造精细化管理医院提供数据支撑。

Operation management is to improve operation management,upgrade operation efficiency and quality,and help the hospitals with the refined management.In the past,the operation of the department was managed by the director and head nurse.The intervention of the finance department in the operation and management of the department can effectively fill the deficiency of the professional knowledge of the department director and head nurse in financial management and operation management,and improve the efficiency of the department’ s operation and management.Taking a certain department as an example,this paper sorts out and analyzes various indicators from human resource dimension,medical dimension and financial dimension,points out the problems in the operation process of the department and makes suggestions for improvement,so as to provide data support for improving the operation and management level of the department and building a hospital with refined management.
