棉花喷雾机“∏”型喷杆喷雾系统试验台架的研究与设计

Study and Design of "∏" Type Spray Rod Spray System Test-bench of Cotton Sprayer

喷杆顶喷+吊杆侧喷"∏"型组合式喷雾系统的喷杆喷雾机是新疆垦区现行被广泛应用于棉花中后期病虫害防治和催熟脱叶剂喷施的一类机型。目前针对该类喷雾机的改进优化,主要还是依靠经验和户外田间试验。这种通过逐一变换参数进行田间试验的方法,存在着不确定性因素多、可控性及可重复性差的问题。为便于开展相关研究,我们研究和搭建了棉花喷雾机"∏"型喷杆喷雾系统试验台架。本文介绍了棉花喷雾机"∏"型喷杆喷雾系统试验台架的设计思路与要求、结构组成、工作原理和主要部件的选型与设计。

Spray rod sprayer with combined "Π" type spray system of spray rod top spray and hanger rod side spray is a machine type which has been the most widely used in control of diseases and insect pests in middle and late growing period of cotton and spraying of defoliating agent for ripening.At present,improvement and optimization of this type of sprayer still mainly relies on outdoor field test,this test method which is carried out by changing the parameters one by one has the problems of too many uncertainty factors,poor controllability and repeatability.For convenience of implementation of relevent researches,the "Π" type spray rod spray system test bench of cotton sprayer was studied and designed.In this paper,the design idea and requirment,structure,work principle and selection and design of the main parts of "Π" type spray rod spray system test bench were introduced.
