摘要
目的:讨论Milligan-Morgan联合芍倍注射术治疗混合痔的临床应用价值。方法:将86例患者以住院号单双分为Milligan-Morgan联合芍倍注射术组(治疗组)和Milligan-Morgan组(对照组),每组43例。在手术时间、术后可能并发疼痛、水肿、平均住院日、满意度等方面进行比较。结果:两组在手术时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在术后疼痛、水肿以及平均住院日、满意度等方面两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与Milligan-Morgan相比,Milligan-Morgan联合芍倍注射术简单安全、有效,术后并发症发生率少,是目前治疗混合痔最为微创的手术之一。
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of Milligan-Morgan combined with shaobei injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:86 patients were divided into Milligan-Morgan combined with shaobei injection group (treatment group) and Milligan-Morgan group (control group),43 cases in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of operation time,postoperative pain,edema,mean hospital stay,and satisfaction.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups ( P >0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in postoperative pain,edema,mean hospital stay and satisfaction between the treatment group and the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Milligan-Morgan combined with shaobei injection is simple,safe,effective operation and has a low incidence of postoperative complications compared with Milligan-Morgan.It is one of the most minimally invasive operations for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
