限动齿条连接的设计改进

摘要 分析了螺栓连接的限动齿条在使用过程中出现的问题。以天津钢管公司168机组限动齿条连接改造为例,在分析计算后,将螺栓连接形式改进为哑铃型连接形式。热模拟有限元分析及现场使用验证结果表明:与螺栓连接限动齿条相比,哑铃型限动齿条连接的使用可靠性及后期维护方面更佳,备件数量可以减少,生产效率得到提高。 The author analyzes the problem that occurs in the process of using the limit rack of bolted connection.Taking the transformation of limited rack connection of 168 unit of Tianjin Steel Pipe Company as an example,the bolt connection form is improved to dumbbell type after analysis and calculation.The results of thermal simulation finite element analysis and field application show that compared with bolted limited rack,dumbbell limited rack connection has better reliability and later maintenance,and the quantity of spare parts can be reduced,and the production efficiency can be improved.
