摘要
球团生产中皂土用量是影响球团矿品位、高炉利用系数、焦比的重要因素,结合稀土钢炼铁厂皂土用量剧增的生产实际,探讨了球团生产过程中影响皂土用量的因素并提出解决措施,有效降低了造球中皂土的使用量,对提高球团矿品位,改善其冶金性能有着重要的作用。
In the pellet production,the amount of bentonite is an important factor affecting the grade of pellet ore,utilization coefficient of blast furnace and coke ratio.Its affecting factors are discussed and the solutions are put forward combining with the production reality that the amount of bentonite leaps in Rare Earth Steel Iron-making Plant,which play an important role in effectively reducing the amount of bentonite in pelletizing,improving the grade and metallurgical properties of pellet ore.
