摘要
文章主要阐述了电动鼓风机吨铁电耗高的现状和存在问题,根据实际情况分析了吨铁电耗高的原因,同时针对生产运行中存在的问题进行优化,保证了鼓风机与高炉的安全稳定顺行生产,具有一定的推广借鉴作用。
In this paper,it is mainly elaborated the current situation and existing problems of electric blower with high electricity consumption of per ton of iron as well as analyzed its causes according to the actual situations.Moreover,the optimization aiming at the existing problems in production run ensures the safe and stable trouble-free operations and productions of blower and blast furnace,which can be generalized and for reference.
