摘要
在X射线管的设计中,特别是高功率的CT球管,电子束打靶产生的散射电子是影响设计的重要因素之一,因此对束靶作用产生的散射电子特性进行研究具有重要的意义。本文利用蒙特卡罗模拟软件MCNP对X射线管中电子束轰击阳极靶的过程进行了物理建模和计算分析,研究了物理过程中产生的散射电子的特性,包括产额、平均能量、总能量和角分布等,同时模拟计算和分析了电子束的能量、阳极靶的材料和电子束的入射角度对散射电子特性的影响,为X射线管的设计提供束靶作用的理论基础。
In the design of X-ray tubes, especially for high power CT tubes, scattering electrons produced by electron beam bombarding target are one of the important factors influencing design. Therefore, it is significant to study the characteristics of scattering electrons produced in the beam-target interaction process. This paper presents the simulations of the physical process of X-rays produced by electron beam bombarding the anode target in X-ray tubes with the Monte-Carlo software MCNP, and studied on the characteristics of the scattering electrons produced in the process, including the yield, average energy, total energy and angular distributions, as well as the influences caused by the electron beam energy, anode materials and impact angle of electron beam. This work provided the theory foundation of the beam-target interaction for the X-ray tube designing.
