农业供水对促进农业发展、农村稳定、农民增收和经济社会稳定起着重要的作用,农业水价综合改革是实现农业供水工程良性运行,节约农业用水的重大举措。介绍了广西开展农业水价综合改革试点的背景、内容及成效,分析农业水价综合改革过程中存在的主要困境及原因,并提出推进农业水价综合改革的对策建议。

Agricultural water supply plays an important role in promoting agricultural development, rural stability, in. crease of farmers’income as well as economic and social stability. The comprehensive reform of agricultural water price is a major measure to realize the benign operation of agricultural water supply projects and save agricultural water. An introduction was made on the background, contents and effects of the pilot practice of agricultural water price comprehensive reform in Guangxi, based on which the authors analyze the main difficulties and reasons of re. form, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting reform.
