摘要
为了提高汽车电控电元(Electronic Control Unit, ECU)测试效率,解决手动测试存在的效率低、成本高和资源冲突等问题,设计了汽车ECU自动测试系统,并采用一体化测试机柜和程控测试配置盒,提高了测试系统的可靠性和易用性;研发了ECU自动测试管理平台,融合先进的XML和DLL技术实现车型管理配置信息的高效管理,嵌入了基于NHibernate框架和JSON数据接口的数据管理系统,增强了自动测试系统的可配置性与灵活性。实际应用表明,该系统有效缩短了ECU测试时间,提高了测试准确率,能够胜任ECU合格性检测和汽车故障诊断任务,具有很强的实用性。
In order to test the vehicle ECU ( electronic control unit) more efficiently and solve the problems of low efficiency, high cost and resource conflicts in manual testing, an automatic test system for automobile ECU is designed. By using the integrated test cabinet and programmed configuration box, the reliability and usability of the system are improved. The ECU automated test management platform is developed. Advanced XML and DLL technologies are used to configure the automobile information more efficiently. The NHibermate framework and data interface of JSON enhance the configurability and flexibility of the sconfiguration database. The practi-cal application shows that the system effectively shortens the ECU test duration, improves the test accuracy, and is qualified for the ECU qualification test and vehicle fault diagnosis task. The system has strong practicability.
