广西基层农技推广人员科技培训需求及服务工作状况分析

Analysis on Technical Training Needs and Service Status of Agricultural Extension Personnel in the Basic Level of Guangxi

农业科技培训是推动科技成果转化推广的重要载体。通过广西农业科学院基层农技推广培训班的调查问卷数据,分析广西基层农技推广人员科技培训需求及服务工作状况,提出开展基层农技培训及改善基层农技服务工作方面的建议,旨在探索新的培训模式,有效促进科技成果转化。

Agricultural science and technology training is an important carrier to promote the transformation and popularization of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the questionnaire data of the training course of basic level agricultural technology extension in Guangxi academy of agricultural sciences, this paper analyzed the technical training needs and service status of Guangxi basic level agricultural technology extension personnel, and put forward some suggestions on developing basic level agricultural technology training and improving basic level agricultural technology service, aiming at exploring new training mode and effectively promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
