Key Technology on Seedling Breeding of Dendrocalamus sinicus

巨龙竹是我国特有的珍稀竹种,也是世界上已知的最高大竹种,具有很高的经济和生态价值。目前,由于巨龙竹的资源培育缺乏系统、科学、规范、统一的技术指导,使得育苗技术水平和苗木质量参差不齐,严重影响了巨龙竹资源的发展与利用。为规范巨龙竹的育苗方法,提高苗木质量和产量,文章基于多年的研究与实践,总结了一套系统的巨龙竹育苗技术规程,包括圃地选择、育苗和苗木出圃等内容,以指导巨龙竹的育苗生产。

Dendrocalamus sinicus is a rare bamboo species endemic to China and also the highest bamboo species known in the world.It has high economic and ecological values.At present,due to the lack of systematic,scientific,standardized and unified technical guidance,D.sinicus forest cultivation has been challenged by uneven breeding technology level and seedling quality,which has seriously affected the development and utilization of D.sinicus resources.In order to standardize the seedling breeding as well as improve seedling quality and yield,the paper concludes a set of breeding technology codes for D.sinicus seedling,including nursery selection,seedling breeding and outplanting,based on the research and practices for years,with the aim to guide the breeding and production of D.sinicus.
