共生关系的产学研协同创新运行探析

Research on the Operation of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation in Symbiotic Relations

近年来,"产学研联合开发项目"的实施是为了推动高校或科研部门的成果转化,为此国家实施了一系列与创新和成果转化相关的政策。针对当前产学研合作存在的问题,对产学研合作知识的拓展和基于共生关系的产学研深度融合模式进行了阐述和分析,并提出了相应策略。要提高我国的科技发展和生产发展水平,需要平衡区域的发展,减少区域间的技术转移,使高效区域向低效率模式形成均衡发展。

In recent years,the implementation of the"Industry-University-Research Joint Development Project"is to promote the transformation of achievements in universities or scientific research departments,for which the state has implemented a series of policies related to innovation and achievement transformation.In view of the problems existing in the current industry-university-research cooperation,this paper elaborates and analyses the expansion of the knowledge of industry-university-research cooperation and the deep integration mode of Industry-University-Research based on symbiotic relationship,and puts forward corresponding strategies.To improve the level of science and technology development and production development in China,we need to balance regional development,reduce technology transfer between regions,and make efficient regions develop in a balanced way towards inefficient models.
