大学生手机成瘾与学业拖延的关系

The Relationship between College Students' Mobile Phone Addiction and Academic Procrastination

手机成瘾是一种物质成瘾,在大学生中普遍存在,是导致大学生学业拖延的主要原因.调查研究显示,大学生手机成瘾和学业拖延发生比分别是43.4%和40.9%,二者呈正相关.手机成瘾程度在手机使用年限上存在明显差异(T=119,P=0.00<0.05),在性别上不存在显著差异(P=0.471>0.050).手机成瘾可以预测大学生学业拖延行为,不同维度对学业拖延的预测效果不一致,除阶段性外其他维度均能显著预测大学生学业拖延行为.本研究为手机成瘾大学生的心理辅导,改善学业拖延现象提供了理论参考.

Mobile Phone Addiction is a kind of substance addiction,which is common among college students,which leads to the academic procrastination of college students.According to the survey,the incidence of mobile phone addiction and academic procrastination in college students is 43.4%and 40.9%.The correlation between mobile phone addiction and academic procrastination is positive.College students’mobile phone addiction is significant on mobile phone using time(T=119,P=0.00<0.05),and there was no significant difference in gender(P=0.471>0.050).Mobile phone addiction can predict college students'academic procrastination behavior.The predictive effect of different dimensions on academic procrastination was inconsistent.All dimensions except phases can significantly predict college students'academic procrastination behavior.The paper provides a theoretical reference for mobile phone addiction college students’counseling and improving their academic procrastination.
