摘要
针对在复杂条件下海洋钻井平台事故频发,应用图论中的事故树分析方法,对海洋钻井平台中的各种事故引发因素进行探究,构建海洋平台风险事故树模型,运用最小割集与最小径集方法分析平台事故发生路径和有效事故预防路径。根据发生事故的基本事件概率获取结构重要度、概率重要度、临界重要度,求出海洋平台事故的顶上事件概率,为其事故预防措施的制定提供可靠的理论支撑,在一定程度上提高预防措施对事故防范的及时性、针对性和有效性。
Under the complicated conditions, various initial accident factors in the offshore drilling platform are explored by fault tree analysis method. The fault tree model of the offshore engineering platform is constructed. The minimum cut set method and the minimum path set method are used to analyze the path of the accident and the effective path of accident prevention. The probability of the top event of the offshore platform accident is obtained according to the probability of the event, the importance degree, the probability importance and the critical importance degree, and a reliable theoretical support is provided for the development of accident prevention measures for offshore engineering platforms. It improves the timeliness, pertinence and effectiveness of preventive measures to prevent accidents to certain extent.
