摘要
为降低海上平台空间有限、燃料及淡水资源宝贵等制约因素对注汽锅炉选型的影响,从燃料种类、燃料适用性和锅炉用水角度,结合锅炉型式、总体布置、余热利用和清洁维修,对渤海油田海上平台注汽锅炉的选型设计进行分析,并结合选型要点及国内厂家调研情况提出降本增效的建议,使注汽锅炉的选型在更好地适应海上平台严苛环境的同时,降低平台全生命周期投资,优化选型思路。
To reduce the impact on steam boiler selection by offshore platform constraint factors such as limited space, and insufficient and expensive fuel and fresh water, the selection of the thermal recovery steam boilers in Bohai oilfield is analyzed mainly from the aspects of fuel type, fuel applicability and boiler water considering the boiler type, platform general equipment arrangement, waste heat utilization, boiler cleaning and boiler maintaining requirements, and some advice is also given for decreasing the investment from the selection factors and vendor research. The steam boiler selection is optimized, which can not only adapt offshore situation, but also lower the full life circle investment for platform.
