摘要
为充分利用海上生产平台已有井槽资源,继续开发潜在油气层,减少新生产井的投入成本,使用斜向器工具新技术,提高开窗侧钻作业效率,最大化降低投入成本。以渤海某油田调整井使用的20英寸(1英寸=0.025 4m)开窗斜向器为例,对其整体结构在泥下坐挂于原井眼后所受海洋环境载荷以及钻井侧钻所受顶载等外力进行分析,以确定新技术的可靠性。
In order to make full use of the existing well slot resources of offshore production platforms, continue to develop potential oil and gas reservoirs, and reduce the investment cost of new production wells, the operation efficiency of preopen window sidetracking can be improved and the investment cost can be minimized by the new technology of whipstock tools. Taken 20 inch window whipstock used in an adjustment well in Bohai Oilfield as an example, the stress analysis of the whole structure of the whipstock tools under the external forces such as the marine environment and the top load of sidetracking after sitting the original well under mud is carried out to determine the reliability of the new technology.
