摘要
本文会以EPC工程总承包特点和合同管理特点入手,根据实际情况提出防范对策,将可能出现的风险降低,实现工程合同的各项目标。
This paper will start with the characteristics of EPC project general contracting and contract management, and put forward countermeasures according to the actual situation, to reduce the possible risks and achieve the objectives of the project contract.
