农产品电子订单质押是线上农产品供应链金融具体运作模式之一,对克服农产品供应链中中小企业融资困难具有重要意义。恰当的模式设计有助于业务的有序健康发展,藉此,针对这一问题进行研究,并从参与业务的网络平台这一视角把运作模式分为基于第三方B2B平台、基于银行自营B2B平台及基于P2P平台三种,并依据融资主体所在供应链中的位置不同,又把每种模式分为上游订单质押融资模式及下游订单质押融资模式两种情形,为呈现三种模式间的差异,选择参与主体、融资主体、授信主体、审查主体、担保类型、风险强度、核心企业重要性七个维度对其进行了比较分析。

Agricultural product electronic order pledge is one of the specific operation modes of online agricultural product supply chain finance,which is of great significance to overcome the financing difficulties of SMEs in the agricultural supply chain.Appropriate modes are conducive to the orderly and healthy development of the business.Therefore,this paper studies the operation mode from the perspective of different types of participating platforms,dividing the operation mode into three types:the third-party B2B platform,the bank-operated B2B platform and the P2P platform-based,and according to the position of SMEs being in the supply chain,each mode is divided into upstream order pledge mode and downstream order pledge mode,and then choose the financing subject,guarantee subject,credit subject and other dimensions of the three modes were compared and analyzed,in order to present their respective advantages and disadvantages to offer better service.
