社区规范化护理干预在2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用研究

Community Standardized Nursing Intervention in Self-management of Type 2 Diabetes Patients:An Application Study

分析丽水市莲都区万象街道社区卫生服务中心社区规范化护理干预在2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的效果,结果表明:两组治疗前空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、自我管理能力及生活质量评分(sf-36)比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗12个月后,观察组FPG、2hPG明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组糖尿病自我管理活动问卷(SDSCA)及生命质量调查问卷评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;应用社区规范化护理干预可有效改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制水平,减轻患者的痛苦,增强患者治疗信心,可有效提高患者自我管理能力,提升患者的生活质量。

This paper analyzed the effect of community standardized nursing intervention in the self-management of type 2 diabetes patients in the community health service center of Wanxiang Community, Liandu District, Lishui City. The results showed that the two groups had fasting blood glucose (FPG) and 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) before treatment. There was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), self-management ability and quality of life score (sf-36)(P>0.05). After 12 months of treatment, the FPG and 2hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group diabetes self-management activity questionnaire (SDSCA) and the quality of life questionnaire were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant;the application of community-standardized nursing intervention can effectively improve the type 2 diabetes patients. The level of blood sugar control can alleviate the suffering of patients and enhance the patient's treatment confidence, which can effectively improve the patients’self-management ability and improve their quality of life.
