Ezrin及L1CAM蛋白表达水平与结肠癌发生发展的关系研究

Expressions of Ezrin and L1CAM protein and their relationship with development and progression of colon cancer

目的探讨结肠癌组织中的Ezrin蛋白、细胞黏附分子L1(L1CAM)蛋白的表达水平变化与结肠癌发生发展的关系。方法选取本院2016年1月至2018年6月期间手术切除获取的80例结肠癌组织标本作为观察组,同期选取另外40例癌旁正常结肠组织标本作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学染色技术检测两组标本中的Ezrin蛋白、L1CAM蛋白的表达,并分析不同肿瘤最长径、Dukes分期、浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移、组织分化程度的结肠癌组织中Ezrin蛋白、L1CAM蛋白的表达情况。结果结肠癌组织中Ezrin蛋白、L1CAM蛋白阳性表达率分别为71.25%、68.75%,分别高于对照组的35.00%、25.00%,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05);在Dukes分期为C～D期、发生浆膜侵犯、发生淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织中Ezrin蛋白阳性表达率均高于Dukes分期为A～B期、不发生浆膜侵犯、不发生淋巴结转移者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05);在Dukes分期为C～D期、发生淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织中L1CAM蛋白阳性表达率均高于Dukes分期为A～B期、不发生淋巴结转移者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论 Ezrin及L1CAM蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达均上调,且在不同病理特征的结直肠癌组织中表达水平不同,可能与结肠癌的发生发展有关。

Objectives To investigate the expressions of Ezrin protein and L1 cell adhesion molecule(L1CAM)in colon cancer tissue and their relationship with development and progression of colon cancer.Methods Tissue specimens of 80 patients with colon cancer who were surgically treated in our hospital between January 2016 and June 2018 were used as cancer group.Paracancerous tissue specimens of 40 patients treated at the same period were used as control group.Expressions of Ezrin and L1CAM proteins in the tissue were investigated using immunohistochemical staining.We analyzed the relationships between expressions of Ezrin and L1CAM proteins and maximum diameter of tumor,Dukes staging,serosal invasion,lymph node metastasis and tissue differential degree.Results Positive rate of Ezrin protein and L1CAM protein in colon cancer tissue was 71.25%and 68.75%,respectively,which were significantly higher than in control group(35.00%and 25.00%,respectively,P<0.05).Ezrin protein expression was significantly higher for Dukes stage C and D than for stage A and B,for without serosal invasion than with serosal invasion,and for no lymph node metastasis than for with metastasis(P<0.05).Expression of L1CAM was significantly higher for Dukes stage C and D than for stage A and B,and for no lymph node metastasis than for with metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Expressions of Ezrin and L1CAM increase in colon cancer tissue and their expression are related to different pathologies,which indicates that it could be related to development and progression of colon cancer.
