湖南某污水厂总磷偏高原因分析及应对措施

摘要 针对湖南某污水处理厂出水总磷偏高、除磷药剂成本高的问题,对影响生物除磷的指标数据进行了分析,得出排泥不足和曝气效果不佳是导致出水总磷偏高的主要原因。通过运行工艺调整,提高了总磷去除效率,降低了药耗成本,确保了出水总磷稳定达标。 In view of the problems of high total phosphorus and high cost of phosphorus removal agents in the effluent of a sewage treatment plant in Hunan Province, the index data affecting biological phosphorus removal were analyzed. It was concluded that insufficient sludge discharge and poor aeration effect were the main reasons for high total phosphorus in effluent. By adjusting the operation process, the removal efficiency of total phosphorus was improved, the cost of drug consumption was reduced, and the total phosphorus in effluent was ensured to reach the standard.
