摘要
针对老龄垃圾渗滤液高COD的水质特征,采用芬顿法对其进行预处理,用响应面法优化提升老龄垃圾渗滤液COD去除率的条件。在单因素试验的基础上,用响应面法优化初始pH值、Fe^(2+)和H_2O_2浓度3个因素。芬顿法处理垃圾老龄垃圾渗滤液的最优条件为:反应时间在1.5 h,pH为3.1,Fe^(2+)为65.14 mmol/L,H_2O_2为914.41 mmol/L时,在最优条件下老龄垃圾渗滤液的COD去除率为78.93%。
According to the water quality characteristics of high COD in aged landfill leachate, Fenton method was used to pretreat it, and response surface methodology was used to optimize the conditions for improving COD removal rate of aged landfill leachate. On the basis of single factor experiment, three factors, initial pH value, Fe2+ and H2O2 concentration, were optimized by response surface methodology. The optimum conditions for Fenton method to treat the aged landfill leachate were as follows: reaction time was 1.5 h, pH was 3.1, Fe2+ was 65.14 mmol/L, and H2O2 was 914.41 mmol/L. Under the optimum conditions, COD removal rate of aged landfill leachate was 78.93%.
