摘要
在闪速炼铜过程中,当炉渣中四氧化三铁含量过高时,会造成渣含铜较高以及沉淀池因四氧化三铁的大量析出而引起"料堆"现象,从而严重影响闪速熔炼的正常作业.针对这一问题,分析讨论了闪速熔炼过程中四氧化三铁的生成原因,并通过减少原料中四氧化三铁带入量、精矿喷嘴的优化、洗炉等相应的控制措施,有效地防范了闪速炼铜过程中四氧化三铁带来的危害,保障了闪速炼铜作业的正常进行.
In the process of copper flash smelting, when the content of Fe3O4 in slag is too high, it will result in higher copper content in slag and "material heap" phenomenon caused by precipitation pool precipitation of Fe3O4, which seriously affects the normal operation of flash smelting. In view of this problem, this paper analyzes and discusses the causes of the formation of ferroferric oxide in the flash smelting process, and effectively reduces the amount of ferroferric oxide in the raw materials, the optimization of the concentrate nozzle, and the corresponding control measures such as washing the furnace. The ground protection against the damage caused by ferroferric oxide in the flash copper smelting process ensures the normal operation of flash copper smelting operation.
