摘要
以蛹虫草的菌丝体为目的产物,采用L_(18)(3~7)正交试验研究蛹虫草最佳液体菌种培养基配方。试验结果表明,葡萄糖、蛋白胨、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸镁对蛹虫草菌丝体含量有显著影响;最佳配方为:葡萄糖2.5%、玉米粉1.0%、蛋白胨0.5%、磷酸二氢钾0.15%、碳酸钙0.05%、硫酸镁0.10%、维生素B_10.003%,在此条件下的菌丝体含量达24.17 mg/m L。
With cordyceps militaris mycelium as the target product, L18(37) orthogonal test was used to study the best liquid culture medium formula of cordyceps militaris. The results showed that glucose, peptone, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium sulfate had significant effects on the mycelium content of cordyceps militaris;The best formula was: glucose 2.5%, corn powder 1.0%, peptone 0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.15%, calcium carbonate 0.05%, magnesium sulfate 0.10%, vitamin B1 0.003%. The mycelium content under these conditions was up to 24.17 mg/mL.
