气动隔膜泵是一种新型输送机械,适于各种复杂环境下液体的输送,但现有的气动隔膜泵产品技术尚不成熟,隔膜材料和工艺结构存在一定设计缺陷,缺乏检测膜片破损的装置,影响气动隔膜泵的疲劳寿命。设计一种新型气动隔膜泵,对隔膜材料、生产工艺及压盖结构进行改进,使之具有震动小、气流控制精确、膜片破损可动态检测等功能,提高气动隔膜泵的疲劳寿命。

Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of transport machinery, which is suitable for the delivery of liquid in a variety of complex environments, however the existing pneumatic diaphragm pump product technology is not mature, diaphragm material and process structure has some design defects, diaphragm damage lack of detection device, which affects the fatigue life of pneumatic diaphragm pump. In this paper a new type of pneumatic diaphragm pump is designed to improve the diaphragm material, production process and gland structure, so that it has the functions of small vibration, accurate air flow control, dynamic detection of diaphragm damage and so on, which improves the fatigue life of pneumatic diaphragm pump.
