摘要
介绍饮料中苋菜红和诱惑红测定的能力验证样品制备过程,包括配制、分装、发样等。通过试验证明本次配制的样品均匀性、稳定性,能够满足能力验证要求,保证能力验证计划实施。
This article introduced the preparation of proficiency testing samples for determining amarance and allura red in drinks. It contains the preparation, subpackaging and sample express, etc. The test proves that the homogeneity and stability of the prepared sample can meet the requirements of proficiency testing and ensure the implementation of proficiency testing plan.
