摘要
为提高食品中抗氧化剂BHA,BHT,TBHQ的检测效率,利用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱进行检测试验。结果表明:3种抗氧化剂在1.6~160 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,方法检出限分别为10,10,4 mg/kg;添加水平为10倍检出限,回收率为96.0%~101.4%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~3.9%。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of antioxidant BHA, BHT and TBHQ in food, SPE-UPLC method was used for detection, and quantitative determination was performed by external standard method. The results showed that the 3 antioxidants had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.6~160 mg/L, the correlation coefficients were all bigger than 0.99, and the detection limits were 10, 10, 4 mg/kg, respectively. The addition level was 10 times the detection limit, the recovery was 96.0 %~101.4 %, and the relative standard deviation was 0.9 %~3.9 %.
