摘要
基于教育生态学视域,解析茶艺与茶叶营销专业职业素养内涵,审视现代学徒制培养模式的发展现状,反思学生职业素养培养模式的研究与实践,提出从基础、应用及创新3个层次切入,重构茶艺与茶叶营销专业学生职业素养培养模式,为产业转型升级提供人才保障。
From the perspective of education ecology, this paper analyzes the connotation of professional quality of tea art and tea marketing, examines the development status of modern apprenticeship training mode, reflects on the research and practice of students' professional quality training mode, and proposes to reconstruct the professional quality training mode of students majoring in tea art and tea marketing from 3 levels of foundation, application and innovation, in order to provide provide talent guarantee for industrial transformation and upgrading.
