摘要
为满足白电压缩机和散热器连接管路的在线感应钎焊,设计了一种开口式异形感应线圈。采用磁-热耦合分析的方法,对钢管-铜管和铜管-铜管插接结构的电磁感应钎焊热过程进行了有限元分析,确定了不同管路插接结构感应钎焊所需的优化工艺参数。利用所建立的三维瞬态有限元数值模型,获得了开口式感应线圈对钎焊接头温度场的影响规律。对同质和异质插接结构进行了感应钎焊实验,结果表明升温曲线和温度分布的测试结果与模拟结果吻合良好。
The structure of an open type special-shaped induction coil is designed to meet the needs of induction brazing of tube joints between the compressor and its radiator on white-goods assembly lines. Finite element analysis on the thermal process of induction brazing of steel-copper and copper-copper inserting structures is carried out by the magneto-thermal coupling method. The effects of open type coil on heat fields of welding joints are obtained on the base of 3D transient finite-element model established. Experiments of induction brazing of homogenous and heterogeneous inserting structures are performed and the results show that the temperature curve and temperature distribution obtained in experiment are in good agreement with those predicted ones.
