摘要
针对目前靛蓝电化学染色普遍采用铁-葡萄糖酸钠-三乙醇胺络合体系存在稳定性差、电流效率低且缺乏络合物稳定性具体表征手段等问题,采用具有较强耐碱性和电导性的Abal B和葡萄糖酸钠作为配体与硫酸亚铁、硫酸铁形成络合体系,通过正交实验结合均值和极差分析确定不同质量浓度配体对硫酸铁及硫酸亚铁络合值、CV值及浊度的影响。结果表明:氢氧化钠质量浓度对二价铁离子络合物稳定性的影响最大,葡萄糖酸钠质量浓度对三价铁离子络合物稳定性的影响最大。进一步采用灰色聚类分析法优化了不同价态铁离子络合体系中各组分质量浓度。
At present, iron-sodium gluconate-triethanolamine complex system was widely used in indigo electrochemical dyeing. There were some problems, such as poor stability, low current efficiency and lack of specific characterization methods of complex stability. Abal B and sodium gluconate with strong alkali resis-tance and conductivity were used as ligands to form a complex system with ferrous sulfate and ferric sulfate.Effects of ligands with different concentration on the complexation value, CV value and turbidity of ferric sul-fate and ferrous sulfate were determined by orthogonal experiments combined with mean and range analysis.The results showed that the concentration of sodium hydroxide had the greatest influence on the stability of ferrous complex, and the concentration of sodium gluconate had the greatest influence on the stability of fer?ric iron complex. Grey clustering analysis was used to optimize the concentration of various components in dif?ferent valence iron ion complexes.
