摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ag掺杂TiO_2纳米颗粒,并用XRD、SEM、Raman、FT-IR、UV-Vis、PL等对其物理、化学性能进行表征,结果表明,Ag掺杂能够改变TiO_2的禁带宽度和光生电子-空穴复合概率。光催化实验表明,4%的Ag-TiO_2具有最佳的光催化活性,60 min后对MB的降解率达到96%,光催化活性的提升归因于光吸收的增加和光生电子-空穴复合的减少。
Ag doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method, and their physical and chemi-cal properties were characterized by XRD, SEM, Raman, FT-IR, UV-Vis and PL. The results indicated that Ag doping could change the band gap and the probability of photo-generated electron-hole recombination of tita-nium dioxide. The photocatalytic experiments showed that 4% Ag-TiO2 had the best photocatalytic activity.The degradation rate of MB reached 96% after 60 min. The increase of photocatalytic activity was attributed to the increase of light absorption and the decrease of photo-generated electron-hole recombination.
