摘要
分析了碱质量浓度、处理温度和处理时间对PHA纤维减量率的影响,并研究了减量率对PHA纤维各项性能的影响。结果表明:减量率随NaOH质量浓度的增加呈线性增大,升高处理温度和延长处理时间也会使减量率有所增大。PHA纤维经过碱处理后,上染率增加,强力下降,纤维表面出现微小凹坑。
Effects of alkali concentration, treatment temperature and time on the weight loss rate of PHA fibers were analyzed, and the influence of weight loss rate on the properties of PHA fibers were studied. The results showed that the reduction rate increased linearly with the increase of NaOH concentration, and increased with the increase of treatment temperature and time. After alkali treatment, the dye uptake of PHA fi?bers increased, fiber strength decreased, and there were small pits on the surface of PHA fibers.
