摘要
以海泡石、CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)为主要成分制备纺织品印花糊料,调制印花色浆,用于纯棉平绒毛巾织物活性染料直接印花。结果表明,海泡石/CMC型糊料可满足绒类织物印花的生产要求,获得较好的印花效果,弥补低取代度纯CMC糊料的缺点及纯海藻酸钠成本高的问题。
The textile printing paste was prepared by sepiolite and CMC(sodium carboxymethyl cellulose)as the main ingredients, and made into printing paste, used in direct printing with reactive dyes on cotton velvet towel fabric. The results showed that the sepiolite/CMC paste could meet the production requirements of fabric printing and get better printing effect, which could make up the shortcomings of low substitution of pure CMC paste and high cost of pure sodium alginate.
