基于PVDF传感器的呼吸信号远程监控系统设计

摘要 鉴于睡眠呼吸暂停症患者实时监护的必要性,设计了基于PVDF传感器的呼吸信号远程监控系统。采用PVDF柔性传感器,通过S7-200 SMART PLC、HINET智能网关数据网络传输介质和上位机MCGS组态系统完成对呼吸信号的实时监测,并在病人发病时,能够及时通知家人和医护机构。该监控系统创新地采用了PLC HINET无线远程传送方式,提高了监测的便捷性和稳定性。 Because of the necessary monitoring requirement to sleep apnea,a remote monitoring system for respiratory signals based on PVDF flexible sensor is developed.The PVDF portable sensor is adopted to gain the breathing signals in the monitoring system in which the S7-200 SMART PLC is used as controller.The HINET intelligent gateway data network transmission medium and MCGS configuration system are applied to complete the real-time and remote monitoring of respiratory signals.When the sleep apnea is occurred to patients,it could timely notify their families and healthcare facilities and the patients could be rescued in time.The PLC HINET wireless remote transmission mode is innovatively used.The convenience and stability of the monitoring system is improved.
