摘要
研究了高纯度拟薄水铝石粉与酸溶液胶溶制备氢氧化铝溶胶,再经热油柱成型制备毫米级氧化铝小球方案的可行性。通过优化原料、胶溶剂与胶凝剂三者之间的比例,所制备的氧化铝球压碎强度高于50 N/粒、堆密度为0.55~0.63 g/mL,经650℃、10%水蒸气处理50 h后比表面积维持在155 m^2/g以上。与现有工业成球工艺相比,本方案流程更加简单、环境友好,将所制氧化铝小球作为载体制备的Pt-Sn/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的石脑油重整性能达到了工业催化剂的水平。
The feasibility of alumina sphere formation through hot oil-drop method with high purity pseudo-boehmite was investigated.By optimizing the ratios of raw material,peptizer and gelling agent,the crushing strength of alumina pellets prepared was higher than 50N/pellet,the bulk density was 0.55- 0.63 g mL,and the specific surface area was maintained above 155 m^2/g after 650 ℃ and 10% water vapor treatment for 50 h,meeting the demand of new continuous catalytic regeneration(CCR)catalyst.compared with the existing industrial pelleting technology,the process of this scheme is simpler and is more environmentally friendly.The naphtha reforming performance of the Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by the new technique has reached the level of industrial catalyst.
