摘要
为充分利用甲苯和重芳烃资源,提高C_8芳烃产量,中国石化某炼化公司采用中国石化上海石油化工研究院研制的新型催化剂HAT-300,在现有甲苯歧化及烷基转移装置上,不改动关键设备,仅改造部分塔的内构件、泵、管线等,实现了装置扩能改造。扩能改造后的运转结果表明,HAT-300型催化剂的活性和选择性高,对更高空速、更低氢烃比工况具有良好的适应性,原料中低价值的重质芳烃含量有较大幅度的提高,并保持优良的转化率和选择性。
In order to make full use of toluene and heavy aromatics resources and increase C 8 aromatics production,a new catalyst HAT-300 developed by SINOPEC Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology(SRIPT) was adopted on the existing toluene disproportionation and transalkylation unit (TDT) in a petrochemical company of SINOPEC.Without the key equipment replaced,only the inner components of some towers,pumps and pipelines were modified,the capacity expansion of the TDT unit was realized.The application results show that the HAT-300 catalyst has higher activity and selectivity,can adapt to the conditions of higher space velocity and lower hydrogen-hydrocarbon ratio.Even though the content of low-value heavy aromatics in the feed increased considerably,the HAT-300 catalyst exhibited excellent conversion and selectivity.
