摘要
目的考察采用辅料姜汁炮制前后黄连生物碱成分的变化。方法建立HPLC同时测定格兰地新、盐酸药根碱、非洲防己碱、表小檗碱、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱7种成分含量的方法,并对辅料姜汁炮制前后黄连中生物碱成分含量进行测定和分析。结果方法学考察表明,测定方法准确度高、重复性好。经姜汁炮制后,黄连中格兰地新、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀含量显著提高(P<0.05),7种生物碱总含量有所提高。结论黄连经辅料姜汁炮制后,部分生物碱成分含量发生变化。
Objective To investigate the changes of alkaloids in Coptidis Rhizoma before and after processing with adjuvant ginger juice.Methods The HPLC method for determining the contents of granitin,jatrorrhizine hydrochloride,columbamine,epiberberine,coptisine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride simultaneously was established.The contents of alkaloids from Coptidis Rhizoma were measured and analyzed before and after processing.Results The methodological study showed that the HPLC method was accurate and reproducible.The contents of granitin,jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Coptidis Rhizoma significantly increased by ginger juice processing(P<0.05).The total contents of seven alkaloids increased.Conclusion The contents of some alkaloids in Coptidis Rhizoma change after adjuvant ginger juice processing.
