基于数据挖掘的中药治疗面肌痉挛用药规律研究

Study on Medication Rules of TCM Treatment for Hemifacial Spasm Based on Data Mining

目的分析中药治疗面肌痉挛的用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)建库至2018年6月30日发表的中药治疗面肌痉挛相关文献。采用古今医案云平台(V1.4.14)对纳入处方药物频次、性味归经、常用药对、核心药物组合等进行分析。结果纳入处方101首,涉及药物131种,药性以平性及甘、辛、苦味为主,主要归肝、脾、肺经。处方中常用药对有僵蚕-全蝎等,复杂网络分析得出核心药物组合为白芍、僵蚕、白附子、钩藤、蜈蚣、川芎、甘草、当归、全蝎,可认为是芍药甘草汤合牵正散化裁而来。结论中药治疗面肌痉挛注重祛风化痰、通络止痉、养血柔肝熄风,尤其重视虫类药的应用;同时,药性分析表明该病具阳气不足的病机,多从肝、风邪角度论治。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of TCM treatment for hemifacial spasm;To provide references for clinical treatment.Methods Literature about TCM treatment for hemifacial spasm in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database from establishment to 30 th June,2018 were retrieved.Ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V1.4.14)was used to analyze medicine frequency,tastes and belonged meridians,common medicine combinations and key prescriptions.Results Totally 101 prescriptions were included,involving 131 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The main property of medicine was even,and tastes were sweet,pungent and bitter.The main belonged meridians were liver meridian,spleen meridian and lung meridian.The medicine combinations with high frequency were Bombyx Batryticatus-Scorpio.The key prescriptions analyzed by complex network were Paeoniae Radix Alba,Bombyx Batryticatus,Typhonii Rhizoma,Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis,Scolopendra,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Scorpio,which were obtained from modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and Qianzheng Powder.Conclusion TCM treatment for hemifacial spasm mainly depends on wind and phlegm-removing,smoothing the meridians and stopping convulsion,and nourishing blood and liver to calm liver-wind,especially the use of insect medicine.Property analysis shows that yang-qi deficiency is one of pathogenesis.The treatment mainly depends on liver and pathogenic wind.
