本文从药理作用及临床应用方面对近年独活寄生汤相关研究文献进行梳理。独活寄生汤药理作用主要表现为抗炎、抗氧化、抑凋亡、促再生、抗肿瘤,其临床应用广泛且疗效确切,目前已不局限于风湿免疫科、骨科疾病,独活寄生汤及其加减类方已逐步应用于内分泌科、肿瘤科等疾病。

This article combed the relevant literature about Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in recent years from pharmacological effects and clinical application.The pharmacological effects of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction mainly manifest as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,promotion of regeneration and anti-tumor.Its clinical application is extensive and efficacy is confirmed.Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is no longer limited to rheumatology and orthopedic diseases.Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and its modified prescriptions are increasingly used in various diseases such as endocrinology and oncology.
