Establishing system is of great importance in the industrial chain formation of the resource recycling and reuse. This article based on the present development of renewable resources use in our country, put forward the idea of establishing the system which depends on the supermarket and analyzed the feasibility of this mode as well as provided some suggestions on the large-scale development of resource recycling and reuse for reference.
