摘要
介绍了底吹与侧吹强化熔炼再生铅的反应机理及实际生产情况。实践表明,底吹强化熔炼再生铅技术具有渣率低、铅回收率高、脱硫效果好、自动化程度高、投资低等优点;同时与侧吹强化熔炼技术相比,具有能耗成本低、二氧化硫气浓稳定、制酸成本低、炉龄更长等优势。
The reaction mechanism and practical production of regenerated lead by bottom blowing and side blowing were introduced. The practice showed that the technology has the advantages of low slag rate, high lead recovery rate,good desulfurization effect, high degree of automation and low investment. At the same time, compared with the side blowing strengthened smelting technology, it has the advantages of low energy consumption operation cost, low sulfur dioxide gas concentration and stable acid production cost, longer furnace life and so on.
