铁黄颜料生产线氧化反应工序事故原因分析及安全整改建议

摘要 针对某氧化铁颜料生产企业铁黄生产线氧化反应工序反应釜水封盖弹出事故,通过查阅相关资料,对该氧化反应过程的工艺本质安全等问题进行了分析和探讨,并初步分析了发生该事故的主要原因。从改进和优化工艺操作规程与工艺操作条件、增设必要的氢气浓度在线检测手段等安全措施的角度出发,提出了改善该反应工序过程本质安全的若干建议和措施。 In view of the accident of the water cover of the reactor in the oxidation reaction process of iron oxide pigment production line in an iron oxide pigment production enterprise, the intrinsic safety of the process and other problems in the oxidation reaction process were analyzed and discussed by referring to relevant data, and the main causes of the accident were preliminarily analyzed. From the aspects of improving and optimizing the process operation rules and conditions, adding necessary on-line detection system of hydrogen concentration and other safety measures, some suggestions and measures to improve the intrinsic safety of the reaction process were put forward.
