含钡硫铁铝酸盐水泥熟料的组成及其水化产物研究

Compositions and hydration products of Ba-bearing ferrite calcium sulfoaluminate clinker

含钡硫铁铝酸盐水泥是一种快硬早强型水泥,以含钡硫铁铝酸盐水泥熟料为研究对象,采用XRD及SEM-EDS测试烧成后的含钡硫铁铝酸盐水泥熟料,分析了熟料的矿物组成、显微结构及元素组成。测试了含钡硫铁铝酸盐水泥熟料不同龄期的抗压强度,并对其水化产物进行了组成和形貌分析。

Ba-bearing ferrite calcium sulfoaluminate cement has characters of rapid hardening and high early strengthen. In this paper,Ba-bearing ferrite calcium sulfoaluminate clinker was sintered,XRD and SEM-EDS were conducted to test the clinker,meanwhile compositions and microstructure of the clinker were analyzed. Additionally,compressive strength for harden pastes of the clinker was tested at different time,and compositions and microstructure of hydration products were also analyzed .
