摘要
为了降低非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料施工过程中大量的能源消耗和废气排放,研究了影响其黏度的相关因素,旨在降低其施工温度。基于布洛克菲尔德旋转黏度测试方法,试验分析了橡胶粉、SBS、SBR、沥青和油、填料以及APAO等原材料对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料黏度的影响。结果表明:不添加橡胶粉和无机填料,降低SBS和SBR等改性剂的掺量,调整沥青和油的比例为1∶3时,制得的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料黏度由180℃时的1340mPa·s降低为130℃时的990mPa·s,使得防水涂料的施工温度降低30℃以上,同时其延伸性增大,蠕变性更好。
In order to reduce the large amount of energy consumption and waste gas emission during the construction of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof coating,the related factors affecting its viscosity were studied in order to reduce its construction temperature. Based on the rotating viscosity test method of blochfield,raw materials such as rubber powder,SBS,SBR,asphalt and oil,filler and APAO were selected as research objects,and the influence of the above raw materials on the viscosity of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating was analyzed experimentally. Results show that without adding rubber powder,reduce the amount of SBS and SBR modified agents,adjust the asphalt oil ratio to 1∶3,asphalt and oil of the curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating viscosity by 1340 mPa·s when 180 ℃ reduced to 990 mPa·s when 130 ℃,make the construction temperature of waterproof coating 30 ℃ lower,and its extensibility and creep is better.
